浦東機(jī)場/航空公司貨站：
1：理貨：貨物到達(dá)后，貨站將根據(jù)航空運(yùn)單上的數(shù)據(jù)，整理并核對(duì)貨物的完整性，對(duì)有破損、短缺的，將協(xié)助收貨人向航空公司進(jìn)行追查或索賠，對(duì)于分批到達(dá)的貨物將跟蹤直到貨物全部收集完畢。
2：通知：貨站將通知航空運(yùn)單上所顯示的收貨人領(lǐng)取提單報(bào)關(guān)（收貨人可委托報(bào)關(guān)行進(jìn)行清關(guān)）。
3：查驗(yàn)：A：海關(guān)將對(duì)進(jìn)口貨物進(jìn)行審核，并對(duì)審核通過的貨物給予放行。一般會(huì)在三個(gè)工作日內(nèi)放行，對(duì)于進(jìn)口貨物檢查很嚴(yán)格。B：需要做商檢的貨物需向商檢局申報(bào)，查驗(yàn)合格后商檢局將出具證明文件，由報(bào)關(guān)行或者貨主/貨代交入海關(guān)，再進(jìn)行進(jìn)口報(bào)關(guān)海關(guān)程序。C：放行的貨物將按國家法律征收相關(guān)的海關(guān)關(guān)稅。
4：取貨：收貨人將已通過海關(guān)的單證交給貨站處理，并領(lǐng)取貨物。
5：結(jié)算：收貨人將根據(jù)收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)交付報(bào)關(guān)費(fèi)用。根據(jù)貨物的不同情況，會(huì)有不同的通關(guān)時(shí)間，貨站一般情況下在收到貨物三天內(nèi)免費(fèi)保管，超過此期限將產(chǎn)生地面處理費(fèi)用（0.3元/kg/天）。
6：費(fèi)用：海關(guān)進(jìn)口報(bào)關(guān)費(fèi)用為300元/票，驗(yàn)貨費(fèi)用為200元/票，其他費(fèi)用實(shí)報(bào)實(shí)銷。

Pudong Airport/Airline Terminal:
1: tally: After arrival of the goods, the cargo terminal will sort out and check the integrity of the goods according to the data on the air waybill. If there are damages or shortages, it will assist the consignee to trace or claim from the airline. The cargo arriving in batches will be tracked until all the cargo has been collected.
2: Notification: The cargo terminal will notify the consignee shown on the air waybill to collect the bill of lading for customs declaration (the consignee may entrust the customs broker for customs clearance).
3: Inspection: A: The Customs will examine the imported goods and release them. Generally, it will be released within three working days, and the inspection of imported goods is very strict. B: Goods that need to be inspected need to be declared to the Commodity Inspection Bureau. After passing the inspection, the Commodity Inspection Bureau will issue certification documents, which will be delivered to the Customs by the Customs Broker or the cargo owner/forwarder, and then the Customs procedures for import declaration will be carried out. C: Relevant customs duties will be levied on the released goods in accordance with national laws.
4: Acquisition: The consignee will hand the documents that have passed through the customs to the cargo terminal for processing and receive the goods.
5: Settlement: The consignee will pay the customs declaration fee according to the fee standard. According to the different conditions of the goods, there will be different customs clearance time. Generally, the goods will be kept free within three days after receiving the goods at the freight station. If the time limit is exceeded, the ground handling fee will be incurred (0.3 yuan/kg/day).
6: Cost: Customs import customs declaration fee is 300 yuan per ticket, inspection fee is 200 yuan per ticket, other expenses are reimbursed.
