國際包裹不再繞道長三角，海淘更方便了
信息日報(bào)/信息日報(bào)客戶端記者左陽天報(bào)道：我省確保9月建成南昌國際郵件局，打造“中國的孟菲斯”。南昌市民如果從國外電商網(wǎng)站上買了一件東西，并選擇通過國際郵件方式寄入國內(nèi)，將來最快的方式就是直接抵達(dá)“南昌國際郵件互換局”進(jìn)行分發(fā)，不再需要入關(guān)后再轉(zhuǎn)到上海、杭州等周邊城市的郵件互換局。
我省確保9月建成南昌國際郵件局
說到進(jìn)出口發(fā)展，不得不提到“國際郵件互換局”。南昌周邊的武漢、合肥等城市早建了。記者獲悉，一個城市如果建設(shè)“國際郵件互換局”后，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)國際郵件在本地直通關(guān)、為跨境電商企業(yè)提供通關(guān)、結(jié)匯、退稅、郵包寄遞等一站式服務(wù)，從時(shí)間成本上看，南昌進(jìn)出口郵件可以從昌北機(jī)場直飛全球。理論上，國際郵件傳遞時(shí)限較以往將縮短2~4天，同時(shí)還將吸引九江等周邊城市的國際郵件在南昌就近處理，帶動區(qū)域郵政郵件業(yè)務(wù)和跨境電商業(yè)務(wù)裂變式增長。
江西省郵政分公司黨組書記、總經(jīng)理李金良表示：“近期省郵政公司將按照省委省政府要求，加快推進(jìn)南昌國際郵件互換局的建設(shè)，確保在9月30日前開業(yè)。我們將在昌北機(jī)場空側(cè)建設(shè)一個集國內(nèi)和國際、航空和陸運(yùn)、進(jìn)口和出口、郵件和物流、郵關(guān)和商關(guān)、電商云倉為一體的郵件、物流處理中心。”
南昌本土商品“賣全球”更快捷
對于市民來說有什么利好呢？南昌市民從國外電商網(wǎng)站買一件東西，并選擇通過國際郵件方式寄入國內(nèi)，將來最快的方式就是直接抵達(dá)“南昌國際郵件互換局”進(jìn)行分發(fā)，不再需要入關(guān)后再轉(zhuǎn)到上海、杭州等周邊城市的郵件互換局。除此之外，“南昌國際郵件互換局”還將打通南昌本土商品“賣全球”的快捷關(guān)稅通道。
李金良還透露：“就如同當(dāng)年孟菲斯小鎮(zhèn)與聯(lián)邦快遞‘聯(lián)姻’后，從一座種棉花的小鎮(zhèn)，搖身變成世界第二大航空貨運(yùn)樞紐，成為航空樞紐帶動產(chǎn)業(yè)聚集的城市發(fā)展的樣本。我們也有信心，使昌北成為‘中國的孟菲斯’。”

Reporters have learned that if a city builds an "International Mail Exchange Bureau", it can realize the direct customs clearance of international mail in the local area, provide one-stop services for cross-border e-commerce enterprises, such as customs clearance, settlement, tax refund, mail delivery and so on. From the point of view of time cost, import and export mail in Nanchang can fly directly from Changbei Airport to the world. In theory, the delivery time of international mail will be shortened by 2 to 4 days compared with the past. At the same time, it will attract international mail from neighboring cities such as Jiujiang to be handled nearby in Nanchang, which will lead to the fission growth of regional postal mail business and cross-border e-commerce business.
Li Jinliang, Party Secretary and General Manager of Jiangxi Post Branch, said: "In the near future, the provincial postal company will accelerate the construction of Nanchang International Mail Exchange Bureau in accordance with the requirements of the provincial Party Committee and the provincial government to ensure that it will open before September 30. We will build a mail and logistics processing center on the air side of Changbei Airport, which integrates domestic and international, aviation and land transportation, import and export, mail and logistics, post and customs, e-commerce and cloud warehouse.
